Hereby, having regard to the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

The controller of your personal data is Budimex S.A., Siedmiogrodzka 9 street, 01-204, Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Budimex” or “The Controller”).

Budimex has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted in any case regarding the processing of personal data via the email address dane.osobowe@budimex.pl.

Your personal data will be processed by Budimex in order to:

1. conduct the recruitment process. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR in the scope of data required by the Polish Labor Code and Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR regarding additional information provided in the application,

2. conduct research in terms of satisfaction of the recruitment or employment process which is the legitimate interest of the Controller. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),

3. conclude and perform the employment contract. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of GDPR.

The recipients of personal data may be IT solution providers, entities providing services related to the handling of the recruitment process, the employment process and personnel consulting, entities from the Budimex / Ferrovial group, and other entities if their participation is necessary to achieve the above purposes, as well as entities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal provisions.

Personal data may be transferred to entities through which the Controller achieves the indicated purposes, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure. In justified cases, personal data may be remotely processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If such a transfer were to take place - what can happen, among others in connection with the possible use by the Controller of IT solutions based on cloud solutions or serviced by a service center located outside the EEA – the Controller will provide a mechanism that, in accordance with European Union law, legalizes the transfer and provides appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data. Retention period of processing of the personal data:

1. for the duration of the recruitment process,

2. for the purposes of the satisfaction survey of the recruitment or employment process, personal data stored for a period of one year since you applied, or until you submit an effective objection to the processing of personal data,

3. in the case of conducting the recruitment process and in the case of drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract, for the period of time required by applicable law to store data.

You have the following rights:

1. the right to withdraw consent, the right to access data, the right to rectify data, the right to erasure data, the right to limit data processing, the right to data portability

2. the consent may be revoked by writing to the following address: dane.osobowe@budimex.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal

3. the right to object to the processing of data - if the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions specified in the provisions of the GDPR,

4. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (a public authority established to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons in relation to the processing and to facilitate the free flow of personal data within the European Union)

Providing data in the scope indicated in the Polish Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making or profiling.
